The bag is everything that I wanted and more. Julie worked with me on customizing the bag to my specifications. She was very quick to respond to my emails and offered suggestions on the bag. The main take away is that Julie wants you to be happy with your purchase and goes out of her way to make sure that the bag is exactly what you want. Highly recommend the bag as it is quality made and Julie is awesome.

My custom-sized bag was just just what I was after for my petite size. Both the beach bag and clutch I ordered were beautifully made, and the seller made sure every detail was covered down to the strap length so the bag hit my body at the perfect spot. I appreciated the ability to customize every detail and have used the bag daily, even though it's a beach bag. It's my new go-to!

Great custom work! Had to replace our beach bag and could not find anyone to add a zipper to the top of a large bag. Had to order out of England, and it turned out even better than expected. Shipping did not take long, and the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend beachBelleBags!
